Preguntas frecuentes

1.Do purchased classes expire?

Yes, purchased classes are valid for one year and are non-transferable. But don’t worry – I’m sure you’ll be looking forward to your next session!

2.Do you offer refunds?

No, once a class has been purchased, refunds are not available. That said, I’m confident you’ll enjoy the sessions!

3.What if I can’t attend a session?

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. That way, we can cancel or reschedule your session at a time that works for you. If no notice is given, the session will be considered as “completed” and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4.Which type of Spanish is better?

There’s no “better” or “worse” kind of Spanish, that’s what makes the language such a rich and varied experience!

One clear difference is that: In Latin America, we use “ustedes” | In Spain, they use “vosotros.”

But aside from regional vocab and expressions, it’s all Spanish – and all worth learning.

5.Which platform do you use for classes?

All sessions are held via Google Meet.

6.Are the sessions recorded?

No, sessions are not recorded – but you’ll have full access to the materials we cover in class :)

8.Do you offer group classes?

At the moment, only "Book Club" members can join group classes (limited spots available). Other courses are individual. But if you’re keen on group lessons – let me know! We might find other students who are interested, or you can invite a friend or family member and we’ll open up a group slot. ☺
